International road transport is defined as the transport by road between two places (a place of loading and a place of unloading) in two different countries irrespective of the country in which the vehicle is registered. It is composed of 4 categories

- International unloaded: Place of unloading of goods in reporting country (i.e. country in which the vehicle
performing the transport is registered) and place of loading in a different country
